Bearing Columns
An ommage to the historical railroad bridges of the 19th century. Their ornamental design tells the story of a forgotten infracturure concept. Todays remaining columns reveal a patina stoic resisting a fast running functional world.

Berlin - Schönerberg:
The remaning 30 Yorkbridges belonged to the former "Potsdamer" and "Anhalter" railroad. The characteristic columns from type "Hartung" and the yellow clinker preserve a industrial monument. Recently, they have been restaurated and will be integrated as bike and pedestrian lanes into the Gleisdreieckpark.
